In this event, Andrei presented an in-depth look at the science and reasoning behind the beneficial effects of germinated grain using his honed research presentation skills.
The reception was very good! Despite the somewhat complicated nature of the material, most people understood the main ideas, and there was an excitedly lively question session towards the end.
Afterwards, everyone thoroughly enjoyed our germinated grain dishes, which included a parfait made of quark, raw cranberry sauce and wheat berries, a raw germinated chickpea hummus with nasturtium leaf and homemade fermented rye bread, and germinated grain truffles, one coconut-cream with wheat berry, and another with rye and chocolate-flavored case in. We also provided germinated grains on their own, which some people liked just as much as the prepared dishes!
